Terms of Service

By using AlexDoesBuilds services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Services Offered
AlexDoesBuilds provides the following services to local service businesses:
- —Website design and development for local service businesses ($250 one-time fee)
- —Google review automation system setup ($150 one-time setup fee)
- —Ongoing review system management ($70 per month)
Services are subject to availability and may be modified at any time with reasonable notice to existing clients.
2. Payment Terms
- —Website design: Full payment of $250 is due before work begins or upon agreed milestone, as discussed at time of engagement.
- —Review system setup: The $150 setup fee is due before system configuration begins.
- —Monthly management: The $70 monthly fee is billed at the beginning of each billing period.
- —Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of engagement.
- —All fees are in United States Dollars (USD).
3. Refund Policy
Website Design
If work has not yet begun, a full refund may be issued upon request. Once work has commenced, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the stage of completion. No refund is issued after the completed website has been delivered and approved.
Review System Setup Fee
The $150 setup fee is non-refundable once system configuration has begun, as it covers the labor involved in building and configuring your review system.
Monthly Management Fee
Monthly fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. Client Responsibilities
To allow AlexDoesBuilds to deliver services effectively, clients agree to:
- —Provide accurate business information, content, and any materials requested in a timely manner
- —Review and provide feedback on deliverables within a reasonable timeframe
- —Ensure that all content provided does not infringe on third-party rights
- —Maintain accurate contact information for ongoing communication
- —Use services in compliance with applicable laws and Google's terms of service
5. No Guarantee of Results
AlexDoesBuilds does not guarantee any specific business outcomes, including but not limited to: increased leads, increased customers, specific review volumes, Google search rankings, or revenue increases. Services are designed to improve online presence and create more opportunities — actual results depend on many factors beyond our control.
6. Cancellation Policy
Monthly review management services may be cancelled at any time by providing written notice to AlexDoesBuilds. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment for website design services, the client receives ownership of the completed website and its content. AlexDoesBuilds retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Limitation of Liability
AlexDoesBuilds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.
9. Modifications
AlexDoesBuilds reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
